Hi folks.
I 'd like to add an awl in my Charge and I've been looking around for options.
The Rebar awl could replace the large flathead, but I 'd like keep it.
I 'd rather give up the eyeglass screwdriver and put an awl in its place.

If anyone is interested in sending me a short awl, commonly made by grinding a can opener in shape, I am willing to pay for it and its shipping costs to Australia.

Thanks for reading.

That is one glaring problem with the wave when I take it to work. It has no awl. I keep wondering if the signal's awl can replace the mini driver, but this hasn't been confirmed yet. Good luck with your mod. Are you putting it in yourself?

In the past some members have ground long LM bits to awl, fitting Wave's bit exchanger.

Isn't the Signal's awl the same as the Rebar's? I doubt it's short enough to fitin the mini driver's place.

If I do get one I'll put one myself. I 'm still waiting for my Paypal to get set up and ready, and then I'll order wrenches from loki.

I don't have a signal to compare. It just seems shorter based on the pictures I've seen

I just looked at some pictures and the signal awl seems to be about the same length as the can opener. Can a signal owner confirm?

That's a nice solution, if you are willing to carry extra bits.
I've seen spade drills ground to fit the bit slot. How cool is that?

(Image removed from quote.)

That looks short enough to fit. Could it be?
Maybe loki can get a hold of some.
