For trade: Modified Leatherman Charge
on: September 06, 2008, 11:54:27 AM
I'm putting this modified Leatherman Charge up for trade.
What i'm looking for is a good quality (tactical) folder or fixed blade, so bring it on  :D

Kwakster,

Fancy a few SOG Assisted Openers (Tanto and Search and rescue models)...if this ain't enough tell me how much extra you would need to make the trade.

Take care,

Flash

SOG Assisted openers don't do it for me, i really want some quality (tactical) folder that i don't already have, or a quality fixed blade.

OK no problems...how about a modified wave  :D (Actually that bad boy is a keeper)

Any chance you want to sell it or are you set on a trade?

I'm probably more set on a trade for something that is difficult for me to obtain, money doesn't interest me that much,

I'm more quality than brand oriented, but many times these go hand in hand.
So think Spyderco, Benchmade, Busse, Microtech, Vintage Puma, Vintage Rigid, etc,

I already had a Cold Steel SRK in the distant past, but i gave it to a friend who seems quite fond of it.

To me the Spyderco Captain has an odd, but usefull bladeshape paired with a very short handle.
Overall it's nicely made, but not a knife for me personally, and i don't even have that big hands.

what about a Kershaw Leek with a half-serrated blade? Its the plain silver one.

And a Kershaw scallion in black with a Snap-On tools wrench pocket clip.

It would be very hard for you to get this scallion unless you have a snap on truck come to where you work, then you might have to order it or they may not even do that.

I would trade you both, brand new, never used, original box, however, they have been carried by me-BUT NEVER USED!!!!!

While they are both good knives in their own right, as i know both of these models, they don't do it for me,

Very sweet charge, although I would've preferred the two bit holder in place of phillip and smaller flathead.

Would a Kabar USMC plus a spyderco native s30v do?
