Ever noticed that in every survival themed movie, apocalyptic or not, there is a group who wrecks chaos and mayhem no matter how dire the situation... I'd like to think I would be the leader of that group :D
It wouldn't be the internet without people complaining.

I rather see myself as Grasshopper mouse...

- I see no problem taking on larger prey. I bet I could defeat Kylo Ren (really poor swordsman >:D) and Batman (not really smart >:D)
- I'm hilarious like the wolf-mouse

Things I don't have in common with Grasshopper mice
- Not that much of an athlete
- Not that pretty :P

It wouldn't be the internet without people complaining.

My choice would be:

1. 12×12 ground cloth/tarp (grommets approved)
2. 550 parachord – 20m
3. 1 saw (Bahco Laplandaer)
4. 1 multi-seasonal sleeping bag (Ferrino High Lab)
5. 1 large pot
6. 1 ferro rod set
7. 1 canteen
8. 5 lbs of pemmican (traditional trail food made from fat and proteins)
9. 1 Leatherman Wave
10. 1 LED flashlight (headlamp)

Were I usully camp there's no rivers or sees, if I'm lucky maybe a spring. So what's the point?

And I have made bows and arrows in the past, nothing high powered but should be enough for birds and small game.

But it can get cold real fast, so protection from the elements is important. We had temps from 3°C to 27°C in July last year.

See this is where I would have to consult with the experts as my experience is camping in African conditions; I would say synthetic but could probably get a -25 rated down one with a good waterproof cover and that would be enough.
If down gets wet you are in trouble. I would definitely give up an item for an outer cover for the bag.

Knife, Axe and Saw, lots of wood and need tools to make a good shelter.
