Potential ratchet capability for LM bit exchanger?

Has anyone tried these to add potential ratchet capability to the LM bit driver?

It will take a couple of adapters but possible. I think I'll buy one if they sell them in the UK just to have a play with.

After looking at it further it won't work. The centres are linked so wouldn't ratchet separately  :(

Check this out.  I still have it and its still working great, tho admittedly I'm not using it as much as I thought.

Seems like a great idea on paper but I am guessing from the other thread it is a bit to big for EDC unless you have it in a bag or something similar :think: Still be nice if one of the major companies would come out with a compact version of it :cheers:

Its not terribly big and can fit into the nylon sheath.  I just found a smaller more reasonable ratchet.  It was fun to make and cheap as chips too. 

It would be very neat to see LM in particular go about making some accessories for the bit driver and blade exchanger.  Ratchet would be cool and a removable longer awl for the blade exchanger.  I'd like to see a marlin spike as well.  I know the demand is what justifies these accessories but still nice to dream or better yet MOD.

Thanks for the link Aloha007  :tu:. When I treat myself to a new dremel I'll have a go at making one. I like the chunkiness of the one in the amazon link, as it means if needed you can get a good grip with your free hand and give it a bit of help turning if you hit a tight spot.
