Well the migraine has gone away but now my "regular" headache has returned. I'm so used to it, sometimes I don't even notice it's there. On a good day that is.

Maybe the lack of caffeine is doing that. Try not to be so drastic. Go back to 5 or 6 coffees a day and see if it helps. Then, slowly, lower it to two cups a day.

If I get a sore neck (which often causes headaches) I often lay on my back on a bed with my head hanging over the edge which relieves tension. Sometimes I lay on my side as well.
Exercises such as facepulls (with bands or cables) or W raises (with dumbells) can help correct poor upper back posture. Even squeezing your shoulder blades together periodically.

Participate in a challenge by carrying  a Combo Edged knife or Multitool and post a photo of it  for thirty (30) consecutive days. Start a new thread and post a photo of an Executive or Director for thirty (30) consecutive days.
