It isn't yet, but it is looking in that direction.  Frankly it bothers me when people use a tragedy like this to further their own agenda.  There are a lot of people affected by this, and I think we need to concentrate on them, to help them recover as much as they can.

The shooter, the gun issue, the terrorism (and whether or not that was an excuse to cover the shooter being a closet, self hating homosexual) etc is all available for discussion on other sites where people just want excuses to yell at and belittle eachother.

I also have strong feelings on a lot of this, and trust me, it is taking a lot of restraint to keep from going off on a rant myself.  If I can manage to keep it restrained then everyone else can too....

I haven't posted here about my feelings about this. All I will say is that my cousin was in Orlando at the time, and was actually planning to go to this club. He and his boyfriend decided to go to a different one. I'm a gun owner, and those feelings I have about recent statements by pols won't be mentioned here. What's important here is 49 people and one POS died that night. The POS can rot in Hell. As to the others, I feel for their families. Had my cousin not changed his plans, I could be right there greiving with them.

There was a mention in the news that there was another person who was at Pulse earlier that night and decided to leave before everything happened due to a bad feeling he had.
