Love the Opinels.  :tu:  I have 3 myself.  One gets used often in the kitchen.  I highly recommend Olivewood handles, they're beautiful.

Thanks Ronald.  The first one I bought was the one in the middle from the original owner, he modified the handle for comfort in his opinion, I liked it and bought the one on the left, kind of an artsy one that doesn't get used....then I bought the one on the right, olive wood, it gets used a lot!
