Tried that pairing before... Swisstool Spirit will definitely fit. That is if you get the small size pouch. However, there's some amount of shake.

Am now using a maxpedition pouch.. Forgot the exact model name.

That green Victorinox sheath is OK for the Spirit, it's a little loose in there but it is very thin and less bulky than the stock leather sheath. However, it does fit looser on the belt as well, and can flop about a little bit. I personally prefer the small SOG nylon sheath with the belt clip, or the stock leather sheath.
May it be as the Pattern has chosen.

I like the leather pouch that comes with the Spirit - I wish it would ride a little lower on the belt, but then I don't carry it on my belt much due to it locking and being hard to justify when I'm out and about.

I tossed a couple pictures in an album on Flickr, of eight different sheaths that fit pretty well for the Spirit. Any questions, ask away!

I used the same sheath for my Spirit. A lot thinner than the leather one and sits lower on my belt.

This sheath looks nice... If it can fit an LM Wave, then a Spirit can to I suppose...

You mean one of these ...

Yeah, they're great  ;).

The leather is very good quality (like all brown leather sheaths from Victorinox), and the rotating clip is awesome, it holds on to the belt very well (never popped off) and the rotating mechanism is very sturdy, and it clicks into place every 45 degrees, very high quality  :tu:.

One of those sheaths came with my first Vic Spirit, which I bought at the local "army surplus store", they also had another NIB Spirit there which was missing its sheath, so I bought that one also (with a nice discount since it had no sheath).  A couple of months later I was back in the same store, and I noticed they had a big box filled with all kinds of sheaths under the counter, I asked if I could have a look at them, and guess what I found on the bottom of that box ...  :D

Ended up paying like 6 or 7 Euro for that sheath (which is quite a steal), and knowing that I already got a great discount on the second Spirit since it was missing its sheath, it turned out to be one of the best deals I ever made  ;).

Arghh...yes! That's the pouch! Where's the facepalm icon?

I like the clip so I don't need to open my belt to release the pouch off the belt. Very rare pouch. I still found one or two here in Jakarta, but that means I should buy a new Spirit too. Haha!

Take a generic powered tools bit holder.
Put some foam material on one end.
Set a Vic Philips driver (works on Juice and other Philips drivers too) in.Voilà.
