Curious to hear what the "gems" of the lot are once you've got it all sorted out. Nothin like a big pile of SAKs.
Oh, we got something like that in my corner of the woods...€2.500,00(Image removed from quote.)100Kg Vic SAKs(Image removed from quote.)I think it's the same sellers/batch but it's from two distinct ads.
Or my eyes are playing tricks and that's a scissors layer and the WS/MS layers and this is an old ranger with no chisel/small screwdriver on back...
Wow somebody has either died or gonna be very unhappy when they get back from a business trip that they no longer have a SAK collection

Wow... that is a bunch of knives. How did you get that accumulation?Must be something online-ish... on the fleamarkets sometimes a Spartan appears in rusty condition and the jerks want about twice the price of a new one. I finally stopped even go there. So where to get something like this ?Anyhow... I want to wish you a lot of fun and elbow grease on cleaning these things.
+1 on the "Gems".I bought a box lot of just on 100 SAKs a while back and among the trash were several treasures.A Voyager-Lite that just needed new batteries in the lite and electronic scales, a Hercules that came up fine after de-gunking, a black OC Pioneer in really nice condition and a LNF small Climber. The 4 of them are probably worth as much as the whole lot cost me.
I spy an EKA in that 3rd pic http://www.sakwiki.com/ti...and+EKA+-+Wood+CollectionIf you need Vic scales, let me know. I might get some for you.
Now what? Recoup expense, mod time, or ?? I have always wanted to buy a lot or SAKs but then what? Oh and by the way nice score, as if we really need a reason to buy a LOT of SAKs
