I don't know about you guys, but I have never ever needed a fish scaler/hook disgorger on my SAK, although I did a lot of fishing. What I did need were both a pair of scissors and a pair of pliers. The Angler and the Fisherman don't have both, that's why I refurbished my Handyman with fishy scales.
The thingy on the lower right is a fisherman's tool called "Walton's thumb", named after Izaak Walton, writer of "The compleat angler" (1653). It is between 20 and 30 years old, I don't know exactly. It is a Hank Roberts design, manufactured in Japan, and was sold in the USA by Orvis.
