Crazy thing is that it is actually Delrin  :o

It's the closest looking to Rogers bone I've ever seen on any Delrin covered knife.

Had a little run in with my Whittler today cutting down some boxes. Wasn't paying attention and got bit pretty good. Just got back from Urgent care where I received four stitches in my left ring finger

Ouch! That had to hurt. Me often doing stupid stuff like that is why I keep a first aid kit in my field pack (not forgetting, the one in my room and the one in the car)and a few Band-Aids in my pockets. I often remove the little tiny Band-Aids and replace it with gauze pads (this little tiny Walmart kit I managed to shove 3 extra pads in)  I've never had to go to the ER, but have had some cuts that resulted in an impressive pile of gauze pads (I should have went to have stitches put in) used to stop the bleeding.

It was such a clean cut it didn't hurt at all and fortunately it's not really that sore this morning so far either.   :tu:
