That Cammie is doing a good job of reminding me that I only have the one Stockman.  Must fix that at some point.   :D

Poor Steve keeping this thread going all by himself for the last couple of days.   Great knives as ever Steve.  :hatsoff:

My carry for today was my good old Foreign pen knife.

Cheers Steve.  Yeah, one of my absolute favourites as well.  In the horrible "if you could keep only one..." scenario, this would at least be a contender.

Going back to what is I suspect the very first trad pattern knife I ever bought as an adult; RR white bone Canoe.  This was way back when RR was first hitting the market over here and they made a big impact over on the old British Blades forum.  Everyone was deeply suspicious over a brand that could produce a decent knife for less than £10.  :D

What didn't you like about the 2ac ?

I liked it fine. Just decided I wanted something with a bit more utility than a single blade traditional for every day use. Have wanted a camp pattern for a long time. I also prefer carbon over stainless with traditionals.

Very nice gents.  It's no GEC Camp knife, but I put my Bargeon knife in my pocket today.

They are.  Sadly lifting and shrunk a little at one end, but not so bad as to worry me.

I have been keeping up looking at all the wonderful trads on display but not posting as often.

Today is Sowbelly.  Love this knife in hand.  While heavy and wide for this knife it makes sense.  I've been carrying it for work and I like that heavy/wide feeling in hand.  It really inspires confidence putting it to work.

I've got some of those "skulls" in my local woods too.  Didn't come with any lovely Queen knives though.  :(

It has wonderful ergos IMO.  We like similar sized knives so it'll feel beastly in hand thats for sure.  Stout is a word that comes to mind.

Wonderful pattern and wonderful knife.

Maybe try some superglue between the liner and cover to keep it from lifting any more.

@ Gareth, when I dropped my Queen Barlow  :'( a piece of its cover chipped out I used some 2 part epoxy to build up that area.  Its worked well with no signs or worry it'll come away.
