The Joseph Elliot has been in my pocket for a couple of days now.  However, after a visit to an antiques centre, I managed to restrain myself and only bought the one wee ring turn knife. (and the old Ronson Standard lighter).  The ring turn needs a bit of a clean and whatnot, but seems fundamentally OK.

Good score on the ring turn knife. See a couple knives in the display I wouldn't mind having.    :D

Yeah, he had a few nice ones.  Unfortunately, like most vintage penknives, a lot had serious problems.  Sharpened to nothing, broken covers, broken springs etc. etc.

The ones worth buying weren't overpriced by any means, but nothing was a runaway bargain either.
