Thank you David and Steve…
The 3 selected, actually the 2 Wharncliffe blades was to see if they would work on a project.

After visit for treatment was invited to friends house for lunch.  His wife is always working some craft project that she sells at fairs and markets. Knew today was fabric patterns.

The material was some faux leather material, less and an 1/8” thick.  Patterns were stars, horses, birds in flight, crescent moon, and a Angel wings.  These are to be sewn onto sweatshirts.

His wife uses scissors typically, but her arthritis causes difficulty.

The Rough Rider work knife handled the tasks the best.  After showing her how to hold and trace the edge of the templates, she was in seventh heaven.  I wanted to give them the knife, but NO!   He ask where I found it, gave him SMKW and Chicago Knife  Work as two outlets.

He ordered 4 from SMKW, two to use and 2 to standby when first ones being sharpen by their son. 😜

Better than scissors and easy to open!!!

He was also eyeing other models too!  I will learn next month how much damage I caused!!!
PS: I wanted to take a picture of her using, but she was not having it as she had a old smock and had no makeup🌹

Nice carries from awl, and good job by LoopCutter! :tu:

Yes, Case is bringing the 68 pattern Congress out of the vault. Many of the members of the other forum I frequent would have preferred a different pattern. But the one shown below catches my eye.
