Holex Cable Knife, from the same people who brought you the (expensive) Garant Nomad from Victorinox--Hoffman Group. 

The two-blade model specificially. All four in the lineup seem to all be 84 4500, and on the Hoffman USA site--it's a drop down menu for all four with only the single blade photo.  In fact, I actually missed them for over a year; as I already had multiple single-blade Euro-style cable knives from other manufacturers.

Hawkbill and sheepsfoot/cable stripping blades. Half stops on both, really decent quality for a $15 knife.

Now that's a cool knife! I wanted that Garant and was about to buy it, then refreshed the page and it went from $58 to $76  :(

And that's why I bought the set of four Holex cable knives instead. They were $55 with shipping and sales tax.

I knew something was off when I saw that Nomad at $76.  I could've sworn it was in the $60 range last year, and looks like I was right.
