I spied a box in a display case earlier today at one of the local pawn shops. I at first thought it might just be a lens...but it proved to be a camera and lens. They wanted 100 and I asked them if that was their best price. They reduced it down to 80 dollars...can we say sold.
This is a 12 megapixel Pentax K-X with a Sigma 28-300 mm f/3.5-6.3 lens. I didn't spend much time looking at the camera...as I know the lens is worth far more than 80 dollars. It turns out the camera works nicely and has some neat features. That will give me a backup to my backup. Can't go wrong for 80 bucks.
