Do they scratch easy? I'll keep that in mind then! On the other hand, if you use things they inevitably get scratches at some point! But the first scratch on something new always hurts the most
Yup, congrats glen and thanks Kevin
Today the Ti3 arrived in my mailbox! (Image removed from quote.)(Image removed from quote.)I also have a Fenix A05, also a single AAA flashlight. So I thought let´s compare them.Compared to the Fenix E05 the Ti3 is a bit longer, but also thinner:(Image removed from quote.)I placed a freshly charged Eneloop AAA battery in the Ti3, and also replaced the battery in the E05 with a freshly charged one for an honest comparison. The Ti3 turns out to be much brighter than the E05!The E05 has 85 lumens, while the Ti3 has a stunning 120 lumens out of one single AAA battery! I wanted to make a very professional set of pictures of the light beams for comparison, but with the camera of the iPhone I simply couldn´t reproduce the same settings for both pictures because I can´t manually set the shutter time, ISO value etc. I have an app in which you can manually adjust those settings but as soon as I press the button to shoot the picture, the settings change again. Very weird At the moment I simply don´t have the time to set up my DSLR. The picture below with both beams next to each other is the best I can do, but I think it does show the difference between the two. The Ti3 on the left is much brighter, while the beam of the E05 is a bit more diffused it seems.(Image removed from quote.)The Ti3 is a mighty fine and impressive little torch! The E05 is now booted to my backpack, and the Ti3 steals his premium spot in my jacket! (Image removed from quote.)Thanks again Kevin for this generous giveaway!
