That pen blade is gorgeous.  They did a great job on it.  Love the very acute point and swedge.  The handles are so nice too.

Maybe it's my end but I'm not seeing any photos there Steve.  I'm sure they're lovely though.  :like:

Very nice Steve.  I've just picked one of these up and I really like it.  The pull is a bit strong for my liking, but it's very secure.  The micarta covers are lovely.

Great looking knife gents.  I can't quite make out the tang stamp, can I ask who is making these? (for a friend, obviously ;) )

Here are a couple of odd ones, both courtesy of some long ago forgotten provenance.  As I recall, the stainless steel one was a free pile discard, owing to its broken springs, and the other appeared at the bottom of a rusty tool box some time very long ago.

The stainless one is a boating knife, in what appears to be the pattern of WWII Canadian stuff, and later Japanese ones, but my guess is that it's neither.  No branding, steel that doesn't care much for an edge, and stainless steel springs that were worthless. When they broke, the blade, of course, opened way past the point of usefulness.  But I realized after years of not knowing what to do with it other than throw it into a tool box, that there was enough room in the body to drill a couple of holes and add screws.  The blades have no spring, but stop in the correct place to be used, and are tight enough not to flop. So if I ever need again to splice a rope, I've got the tool, sort of.

The other knife may have been a hooked pruner, or may have been a straight-bladed sheepsfoot, but after a hundred and some years of sharpening, who knows?  Its distinction is that it is a Holley knife, made by the famous and now long-gone Holley company of Lakeville, Connecticut. Holleys are, it seems, pretty rare. This one has a carbon steel blade that takes a good edge, and though it's too collectible to be carrying around, it is nice and sharp.

And before I quit for the night, here are a couple of Victorinox grafting knives.  Also single blade, and likely carried by many greenhouse and nursery workers.  Sharp as blazes.  One is stamped "Economy" and the other not, though they appear identical, and my dim memory is that they came from the same place, though probably a yard sale and probably  shamefully cheap.

They are a SFO from A. Wright for Twisted Assisted. They also have clip points.

I love wharncliffe, lambsfoot and sheepsfoot blades! I wish more makers would include them more often in their lineups.

I'll post pics of mine later.
