My original MP600 came from the American factory with 2 bottle openers but was changed after I phoned the shop I got it from. They sent me the proper one next day with a prepaid self return bag inside the package. I just thought it was a specially made tool for alcoholics.

My swisstools file is slightly bent.
Not so much a failure as a slight manufacturing defect, doesnt affect the performance of the tool. It makes it unique is how i look at it!
Sorry about the size but it is the only way to see the actual bend in it

Dont worry too much as most of the Swisstools I have seen ( which is quite a few now ) the file does tend to bend in a little and catch the pliers when you close them , but looks straight when open ? dont worry its normal
