I used to be a real watch guy.  Even as a kid I had many and later some more expensive ones. I felt naked without one actually.
However, now I have a cell phone in my hand all day with the time displayed so no need really.
I feel like now a watch is more of a fashion style item and I will occasionally wear a nice watch on a special occasion.

The watch market has forever changed.

Time yes, that’s why I wanted it, full numbers rather then just dots or marks, but date, not so easy, a little smaller and I think my visions starting to go,,
I was thinking of getting a leather band, but one with a full backing called a bund strap,,
