Congrats on the new watch, W!  :woohoo:

Super TactiCool! :like:

And I think you'll get used to the dark dial. Most really awesome stuff isn't the most effective at what it does. That watch is definitely form over function. But, it looks so cool, it is worth it. :)

Thanks GLBM
It’s only the Chrono dials that
are difficult to read with low light
No problems reading with daylight

I just had to have it for only £65

But the normal Wenger Black
night is definitely easier to read  :tu:

This is my well used CASIO Pathfinder;

I bought it several years ago after seeing the same type of watch in a digital format.
I'm old school so I like analogue faces, and I could not get the watch in Australia.
I had to buy it from Texas of all places.

Its an ABC watch
Altimeter, Barometer, Compass and yes they all work quite well.

It has a solar panel face so it will not need a new battery for quite a while.
Claimed accurate to 1 second a year, in fact I found it to be about 5 seconds a year (Should I demand a refund?)
It also has the ability to synchronise itself with an atomic clock signal when in a country with said atomic clock.
Australia don't have one, but this is to be expected, we still get our electricity delivered by horse and cart.

32 time zones, its fun watching the watch move forward or backward at the press of a couple f buttons
5 alarms, useless to me I cant hear them being partially deaf from industrial deafness
I can record my altitude climb
The watch has a barometer that helps me predict sudden weather changes, and it actually works.
Stop watch, of course with split lap capability
Timer

AND

It tells the time.

A little beaten up, but its used every day.

Will be wearing this on Sunday. The Invicta Grand Diver Automatic again. :)

Just curious, what are your thoughts on the invicta automatic divers?  My local sam's club has an 8926 for $55, which seems like a great price, especially considering it has a Seiko movement.

I'm not 100% keen on the homage looks (or the look of the original submariner, really), but I'm wondering if its a good enough watch considering the small outlay of cash?
If the trees blew down the wind and no one was around, would the alphabet song really go backwards?

Why is that marko  :tu:
Vostok: reliable mechanism (work horse),service time once in ten years according to manufacturer, it can work much longer without service I tested it,cheap parts when something need to be replaced, when you hold watch feels tank build, than when  unscrew crown there is a felling tahat it would fall off,it won't,those are some cool characteristic, water resistant 200m,it means that you can actually dive with it (also tested) you can modify watch with different parts...
Casio G-shock that's pretty much easy it's indestructible.I didn't have attention to disrespect  any one who likes Invicta watches, cheers.

Had to go a little diff today because my normal everyday is automatic and well, since it’s atomic and it didn’t pick up the signal it’s still not right and I can’t change it, so I went with my other Casio solar,
