Very nice!  I have an S3 IS and would like to get a nice tripod like that.  I have one now, but it's a POS.

Are the Canon adapter tubes still plastic?  They were when I bought mine, and I bought a Raynox instead. 

I wish the S3 had a flash hot shoe...
