Day 17/30

Used the PX blade and awl to whittle a little owl figure for my wife. I was bored so I just started whittling without actually drawing  it to it. This is what I ended up with. PX did very well. The inline awl was very handy. But since this was the first time I've carved anything into a specific shape since teenage years, I'm so leased with its result.
Used a lighter to add some shades

Day 22/30

Enjoying an evening cup of coffee after  dinner.
On a side note. I broke out the PX last night to do an emergency repair on a golf cart at work. Shut off on an employee in the middle of the road. Found a broke wire that had corroded. I was able to use the PX awl to clean out the corrosion from the connector. Used my Skeletool to crimp it back on. Got it running  well enough to get it back to do a proper repair. Sorry no pics of that in the middle of the rainy night.

Day 25/30

Some general cutting duties today. Snipped some strings on my boys blanket. Cut up some carrots for my daughter. Been paired up with the Skeletool for a while. Makes a great pair.

Nearing an end it was time to do a little sharpening. 5 strokes on the ceramic rod and strip and this baby is shaving sharp again.

The small Phillips on the rambler compliments the PX well.
