I saw one of these on the road a few days ago

I've never really been into motorcycles as I am not a very balanced person. I was always hurting myself on my bicycle when I was younger so I decided it would behoove me to stay off motorcycles. Then I saw this.

They are all over the place here (well not all over but see them quite often). Kinda weird, seems riding it would be nothing like a motorcycle, more like a convertable car.

I wonder are they prone to rolling over if you go too fast around a corner ?

Doubt it, it's the outside front wheel takes the most dive during high speed turn and it's got two wheels upfront so should handle like a car.
