Need info on unknown Black Pioneer Alox with old silver cross

Hi guys,
Can someone tell me anything about this black Pioneer?
It is a yard sale find from last week,I looked on sakwiky and I didn't found anything about it ... just the one with the red scales made until around 1999 ...
I asked on several SAK Facebook groups but no one could give me a link where to get more info.

There is no beginning,or ending,and for this we are thankful,cos now is hard enough to understand!

I believe an Italian retailer sold them as a special run sevrral years ago
