Stayglow of any kind as never been particularly common (here in UK anyway).  A look at the Vic site seems to show that the Rescue Tool might be the only one currently in "phosphorescent yellow".   :-\

Just one Climber, bought used on eBay. But the seller had a mini screwdriver and pin in it.

I really like the tool load, but have to admit that I don't carry it, preferring the Explorer. But only because I use the mag glass regularly.
