It's been almost 30 years since I received a merit badge as a scout. So I am asking your consideration for a few badges fellow collectors.

Request Scale Changer Badge - Approximately 1 year ago I purchased the Rescue Tool for $42 off eBay and then spent  $12 bucks for glow in the dark scales. Probably didn't save much in the long run, but I do like the black sheath better.
