Unreleased or Rare Style Variants?

Came across this photo of this Leatherman user guide for different Style Models on Mercari Japan and can’t find any info on the Style NC or Style DR.

Any one have info on these?

I remember seeing Japan exclusive model somewhere, where blade was replaced with package opener. Opener was samekind as on Gerber Dime.
