So long story short the bear had its head stuck in a bucket and one of the rescuers had what looks to me a Leatherman (im guessing a surge)  :multi:

Pretty awesome of them to help out the bear.  I would have thought the bear would be taking swipes at them.  Glad to see it worked out.
