Anyone already mention Alton Brown http://www.altonbrown.com/ likes and collects knives and MT's. On his cooking show "Good Eats" an episode called "Where there's smoke there's Fish" he uses a Leatherman Flair to assemble his "fish smoker" and uses the cocktail fork to eat with at the end. I have seen him use a Kershaw Ken Onion knife but not sure which one. Here is a part of the video where he uses the Flair. Watch it until the end to see him eat with the fork.  :D

Good Eats is one of my favorite shows. I never thought I would like a cooking show. Also on his show Feasting on Waves he uses one of the Spyderco Salt knives allot. I heard it mentioned on EDC forums that he visits the Blade Show in Atlanta every year. He must me a big knife fan.

It makes sense. He is clearly a kitchen tech kind of guy, and thus its only natural that he would be interested in the tools of his trade.
Fan of the Leatherman mini-bit driver and the Vic backspring philips.

Alton is cool. For the most part I hate cooking shows but I LOVE to watch Alton. He makes it fun. I also like to watch Giada De Laurentiis but not for the cooking.

I love watching Giada. She does make it hard to concentrate on the cooking doesn't she.
