Hi buddy! I'm a fan of 2 Unlimited too, have been as long as I can remember.

One of my favorite 90's songs is this one by The Verve:

Well, to me,  ye 90s were dark years after Kurt Cobain killed expectations that musicians work hard on their craft.  Once he hit,  song writing was out.  As a musician working the circuit all along the coast of Southern California during that time,  I can say it was tough.  Aside from a few dance tunes like you refer to,  and a couple from bands like STP, it was like being cast into the desert for 40 years.
Are you saying Cobain wasn't a good songwriter?   :pok:

I might get the stink eye for this but I liked Load/Reload better than the Black Album  :pok:

Smashie and I seem to have very similar taste in music.....

If you love the 90's then maybe you need to move to Portland!

Well, I was heavily influenced by my dad's music which was the classic rock of the 60-70's. That being said, the 90's were my teenage years, graduated from high school, saw lots of good bands.

Looks like everyone has the grunge scene covered, so I'll just leave these.

Just can't beat the Ska scene.

If the trees blew down the wind and no one was around, would the alphabet song really go backwards?

Though I appreciate them more now than I  did then, I do like some Primus stuff. Some is way too weird for me.
