Well, my wife used to carry a Gerber multitool she got from her father. Nowadays she carries a Victorinox Spartan and Rambler, she got both from me, but she asked me to get them specifically. (I would normally insert a snide remark about the superior quality of Swiss tools here, but I'm new to this forum, so I'll thread a bit carefully.  ;) ) So not exactly a multitool freak, but she has EDCed a multitool, though she simply found SAKs superior for her use (and nicer built ;) ).

My wife is now a fan of my Leatherman Juice despite mocking it initially, although I'm always the one who carries it. Maybe I should get her a classic for her birthday.

... although I'm always the one who carries it ...

Yet again more empirical proof of what I posited last October:

Does your Leatherman take out the trash?  Does your SOG kill bugs and empty mousetraps?  Does your Vic do the taxes?  Does your Wenger clean the catbox, or change the oil in the minivan ??

Of course not.

MEN are the multitool, and most women have at least one handy at all times.  Versitile, compact, and usually self-propelled.  Expensive and perhaps difficult to maintain, but the point is moot -- as the MANtool is plentiful and easily exchanged, upgraded, or simply discarded after heavy use.

Think about this the next time your lady sprays you down with WD40 and parks you back in front of the television...    :ahhh

Wenger nail clipper is a popular choice too.

+1 to this,  I gave pink ones to my sister and mom,  they loved them.

Any one knows of any, seen one  ???, heard of their existence?
I don't know if I'd call her a SAKaholic, but my wife really appreciated the Pink Classic SD that I gave her for Christmas last year.

I was expecting either "What the hell will I use this for?" or "Cool!!!!".
She was very receptive to receiving the SAK. "Cool!!!!" was her exact response.

She carries it with her every day attached to a purple Fenix E01.  I'm going to get her the an Alox Classic SD next.

She used to carry a company provided small pocket knife when she used to work in the home healthcare field, so she has an appreciation for knives anyway.

I've shown her pics of the Spyderco Bug and the purple Spyderco LadyBug...she liked the look of both of them. Hmmmm that could be bad....:D
