The beautiful bavona valley - sweet chestnuts hike (Pic heavy)

My family and I recently enjoyed a few days off in the wonderful bavona valley. (Ticino, south of switzerland)
There are whole forests with beautiful very old chestnut trees whose delicious fruits now fall to ground.
For me this valley is like a fairytale. I make it like my son, forget everything else,
just follow the path and I am amazed by all the things.
Here are some impressions of it.

Thanks for the great pics :cheers: They made me realise something about some parts of my country...

And reminded me I love chestnuts. Boiled, on the grill or the fireplace, glacés, made into jam... :drool:
