I must have missed this topic the first time around. I made couple of these sheaths for a few Classics as well as this Executive.

Made a slip for my Micra out of some old wallet leather a few years ago. No stitching just gel superglue and it's holding up great.

I made a sheath for my Squirt and 84mm Tinker from an old leather purse.  I made the sheath for the pen and light from a leather binder cover.  With the left over material I tried to copy my 58mm SAK keychain sheath but it didn't really come out good.  I ended up using for a mini Bic and fox 40 whistle.

Here are a couple of mine. I can't claim any talent here, but they are all very functional and seem to hold up well (so far).

I have a few more planned. I find that I'm often dissatisfied with commercial sheaths or end up with knives that don't have a sheath. So I'm trying to learn to make my own!

Thanks! I am gonna use some thread instead of the rivets as they where just a test to see if it would fit, and I can probably make an endless amount of these pouches since theres always a bus that need seatbelt change

Horizontal Sheath for my EDC knife.

Horizontal Sheath for a Charge/Wave, this one was a present for a friend.

This was my first one ever. Made specifically with distressed saddle leather so as not to look 'new and shiny'.

I've got some other pouches I can show if people are interested. The above are the sheaths.

Here is a bit pouch I made for my bag. Two layers. Holds my bit cards, a pry bar and a pencil.

Here is a wet formed leather caddy I made ages a go ,I need to make another as this was my first attempt and not as neat as I would like plus have a few more tools now,it clips inside my front Jean pocket and can hold my vic super tinker or a slipjoint (it's wet formed for my vic) and my fenix e01,the more recent pouch I made was for my Howler pup cap lifter  :tu:
