Thats looks to sit perfectly  8).  Should make for a very comfortable carry freeing up pocket space but also pretty easy access.

I can't remember if I posted these.  Made from vinyl siding samples from Home Depot.  Neck sheath for an Endura, belt for the Wave (I'm still working on a belt attachment method)

They look smart! Is the material heated like kydex?

Yes, but I used a heat gun vs oven and just finger molded it vs a kydex press.

Really nice! Actually was referring to the beard but I really like the sheath also.  :D

The idea of carrying a fixed blade is great but if its instead of the PX then  not so great.  For those that would like to split the difference I think its a good way to find the middle ground.

I’m really liking how it carries. I’ll see how it holds up. I had seen a sheath with an integrated ferro rod holder, and thought... that’s a good way to carry my little torch! :D

Haven't smoked in years and not planning on starting again. Still, I had this naked Bic lighter and some leather scraps laying around, so...

Pretty good. I made the fit very tight. I won't be taking the lighter out until it's empty, I think it'll keep the retention, even when I have changed the lighters inside a few times.

Got my stuff and tools for it, also doing it for at least 15 years now.
I find it really easy to do these sheaths, kydex is really cool stuff, a lot possible with it
