A lot of cheap-o MTs have a bit kit that has a square shank hole on one end and 1/4 hole with magnet on the other. Some tend to be 1/16th of an inch too short for the Gerber phillips, so a bench grinder can easily shave enough off to work. After grinding it down until the depth is right, just file the inside and outside down smooth so it doesn't put any marks on the phillips shank.Proper adapters can be found online, but are more expensive.
