The SAK-alike you mention is like a cross between the Victorinox Climber and Super Tinker. The Climber has a corkscrew, the Super Tinker has a Phillips driver. The Walmart tool has both, but lacks the awl and hook that both the Climber and Super Tinker have. So... it's like a... Tinclimber?
