It takes two months to do a 30 day challenge?
Is this going to be the official thread to post in for the 30 days?
Nix, you just had to throw that Mauser GAK in there didn't you.

Count me in!I haven't been online at MTO a lot (very busy with other stuff), but SAKs are still being used every day so why not a 111mm for the next 30 days

I realise I can't do this challenge because we're going to Gran Canaria for a couple of days in february, and I can't smuggle a 111mm SAK on a plane Darn!!
Unless it's possible to be allowed not to post pictures for 3 days, and then continue to post pictures for 3 days after the rest of you are finished?
I'll start this, why not. I was thinking of sticking with the Spirit, but I've done 30 days with it, so I'll pick up a 111 and give it a go.

The challenge has to be completed by April 17 so you can start it when you come back from holiday and still finish in time.

Again, I defer to the mods who have to keep up the standards. However, personally, I think this should be standard practice for all 30-day challenges. That way someone could do a remote, month-long, trip to the Amazon basin with only a loin cloth, Vic Classic, and waterproof camera and then post up 30-days of the most awesome minimalist challenge ever, after he or she returns. Or gets out of the hospital. Mods may disagree, but I say, "Hell, yeah!."

Do whatever your conscience will let you.
