I'm thinking next Saturday I'll make grilled pork ribs.

Because, the only thing better than blues and whisky is blues, whisky and grilled pork ribs.

My thought here, is that I'll pre-cook the ribs in the oven, wrapped in foil, so they steam, and then grill them for crispness and flavor.
