Well the reason I don't is because I like to have my scissors, toothpick, and tweezers.  I used to carry the Ambassador but have moved to the Executive.  I do like the Cadet a lot for its slim profile and nail file.  It's my favorite Alox model but the only other version I own is the Farmer.  I have a couple of those clipped into a small daypack I keep in each vehicle.

Dug mine out and it looks like I favor the Cadet One & Two Plus knives as much as the regular Cadet.  Gotta have that saw I guess 😊.

It sure is  :D I'd like to keep this one looking fairly good as while it looks amazing new, I don't really like the look of the worn-down red alox, whereas the dark green wears beautifully IMHO.

Had to have one red alox in the collection. Not sure how I feel about the Cadet in general though.

Very nice, Altis and Philodemus, as usual.   I have every intention of joining the Cadet Club, but haven't taken the time to dig out my Cadets.  I'll try to do that today and get some pictures. 
Merit Badges Participants shall carry and use one Soldier knife, the model of their choosing, for the duration of the 90 days and post a picture each day. Participate  in Challenge thread and post a photo of an Old Cross SAK for thirty (30) consecutive days. Participate  in Challenge thread and post a photo of a SAK Soldier for thirty (30) consecutive days. Take part in the christmas pool or a rak type giveaway. Those wanting to say thank you for a rak may also nominate for the santa. Start a new thread with a photo showing the Swiss Army Knife   Toothpick being used in an unusual way. Start a new thread with photos of at least 5 different 111mm models in your collection Start a new thread and post a picture of a fish or fishing kit with a multitool Must start a thread with a photo of your birth year SAK Start a thread with photos of at least twelve different colored ALOX models in your collection Start a new thread with a photo of your custom ALOX with scissors Must post a step by step pictorial of a knife or multitool modification (scale swap not included) Start a new thread with a photo showing the Hook in use Start a new thread demonstrating paracord knot tying Must start a thread with a photo of at least five (5) of your watches
