Is something wrong with my Wave?

Hi, all....

When my Wave is closed, the handles are offset from each other by maybe 1/10th of an inch!

It doesn't affect function, but I have a weird fixation with symmetry.

It's an original Wave from before they put the handle spring in.

My first Wave, which was a thing of beauty, didn't have this problem. This one was a replacement when some smurfer broke it. I've noticed that it's the newer smooth bolstered og versions that seem to have this offsetness*... is that a fair assertion?

*I might have made that word up.

This is unfortunately one of the flaws with the original wave. Its actually not that uncommon.. Nothing that u can really do about it though..

Mine also has the same look but I never considered this to be a problem. IMHO this is just the asymmetric sexiness of the tool  :salute:
