Picked up one of these, any idea what model this is? It's interesting marked Owens Corning so I think it is a corporate special order possibly?

Yup, the one that really started it all; a PST.  Have a look here if you want to try and work out where yours fits in it's design development; https://forum.multitool.org/index.php/topic,5877.0.html  Don't forget to have a look inside the handles for the date stamps (MM/YY)

The PST is a great MT still :like: The design might look a little outdated but slip it in your pocket and it will disappear :tu: The form factor on them and the tool loadout vs. weight make the PST very hard to beat  :like:

Pabs,
Are you trying to convey that the PST is an OsWIN?

Yeah I honestly I can see how they built their empire on this tool. It is very elegant and pocketable if it had scissors I would be completely satisfied

Have any of you tried grinding off the rivet pivot and changing the bleed out for scissors?

Careful, bugsy! Those aren't rivets. They are proprietary pivots bolts/screws.
Contact loki-mobile on this site to get the tools to unscrew them without scratching the tool itself.
