So...this is how it feels to have a newer generation multitool!

Wow, it´s like I have discovered fire with my new Spirit. For someone used to have an old Wave (and that´s it) I have to admit that locking tools are a MUST! (darn you Philips driver in my Wave).
I love the way it clics open and its solidness, it´s a well made tool, love it, love it, love it... :ahhh

I think there is also a huge difference in feel between Vic and Leatherman MTs, which may also pay a small part in what you are noticing...

I just got the new wave (gently used) and comparing it to my old swiss tool there is no question which I like more. The vic is still on top for me.  :tu:

If only we could get Tim Leatherman to join this club ;) :D  Then at least he would have an MT that didn't have a rust problem.
