Me and my wife will be next Friday for our 10th anniversary.  Celebrating our 10th with the MCU 10th.  It's gonna be a long week, lol.

I saw Avengers: Infinity War. It's amazing, but works best if you've seen everything that came before.

I wouldn't bother with Pacific Rim 2, it's a m*********ing time vampire and not worth the effort!

I felt the first one was bad enough, I don't really feel the need to see the second one.

One question- if the pilots are mentally linked by the helmets, why do they need to talk to each other?

That is why I'm not going to see it... stopped the series after the Dark Knight

>:D, No I actually stopped after the first Avengers (I was sorta disappointed because there was no tied up Emma Peel). I also felt there was too much Ketchup and not enough fries.
It wouldn't be the internet without people complaining.

Of those films preceding Infinity war, I haven’t seen 4 (Guardians of the Galaxy 2, Spider man 2 (it’s on Netflix here), Black Panther and Thor Ragnarok).

Should I go see Infinity war or wait?

go see Ragnarok and you're GTG for Infinity war,  :tu:
I had seen all but Black Panther but it barely made a difference (I knew a bit of the Back Story for Wakanda though)  :ahhh

GoGalaxy 2 is an excellent movie but not really vital for this one as Ragnarok is.   :salute: and also Ragnarok is very fun and one of the best Marvel movies IMO. Great to see as a standalone film for sure.  ;) The End of the Ragnarok film is directly connected to the beginning of Infinity war

Maybe I should wait to watch Infinity War at home.
Neither Guardians of the Galaxy 2 or Thor Ragnarok are on Netflix here, and the library’s copies are reserved.

I finally saw Avengers last night and.... wow.... what a movie!

Other than the one silly bit with Thor and Rocket (the swinging bit that seemed dumb- if you have seen the movie you know what I'm talking about, if you haven't it isn't a huge spoiler) and the idiot in front of me taking a video call on his cell phone in the middle of it, I really enjoyed it.

And, even more, I am looking forward to seeing how this affects the Punisher, Daredevil, Agents of Shield etc.

Before i saw it I wasn't sure how they could continue after this movie since it seem3d to be the culmination of all movies and TV shows to this point, but now that I have seen it, all I can think of is that we need more movies and shows to see what happens next!
