It's great that he offers this info for those who want to make use of it.

I've been very happy with the selection of stuff he offers, including stuff imported from other countries.  His reasonably priced, but great selection of knives and speedy service has made me a repeat customer.

IMHO, if you're looking for good quality, practical EDC items that offer 'bigger bang for the buck,' then EDCDepot is almost impossible to beat.

Mark always helped me out great! Offers perfect service and ships out to the entire world  :tu:

Just one thing I don't get in his "free-market economy" and "support the American market" remark. Seems like a contradiction to me. Support American market or suport a free market, can't have it both  :D Anyhow, I hope you Americans, and the rest of the world as well, will soon get out this economical nightmare! The sooner the better  :ahhh If you ask me!

They're not mutually exclusive. I am a firm believer in the free market but I also try to support American companies. There's a difference in simply supporting American companies and actually restricting or banning products from other companies.

Like I said, I try to support American companies. I buy Fords, and I will probably continue to do so unless I start not getting my money's worth. If that happens then I will shop for a foreign car.

It's all fine with me :tu:

But it is funny to see that patriotisme or whatever you want to call it, in some countries is seen as a good thing and other countries seen as a bad thing.  Over here a lot of people get a very uncomfortable feeling if someone puts their own country and people first before the rest of the world. It is a history thing I guess...

But like I said, it all fine by me, as long everybody is happy

It's quite the same here, the expression "køb dansk", (buy danish) has odd ring to it for alot of people here... (NOT mentioning any specific cartoons, which
got danish products boycotted in nearly the half world)

Speaking of buying Danish what are some products that are made in denmark(other than cookies of course)?

Hey at least Toyota isn't owned by the U.S. government, as is General Motors!

Neither is Ford.

I'd avoid buying Chevy trucks, and other G.M. products, just on general principles.

Ford and Toyota both make great trucks in the U.S.

Because it's where our tax money goes to die.

How about because:

-it's completely contrary to American history and ideals?

-it's virtually guaranteed to destroy whatever was good about G.M. in the past?

-it's an experiment that has failed wherever in the world it has been tried?

-you actually expect incompetent, corrupt Washington politicians to do a great job running one of the biggest American corporations?

Because the gov't is notorious for being inefficient and wasting our tax dollars.
