Stuff like this might happen a lot more than you think. A close friend of mine is an orthopedic surgeon and he told me stuff like this happens sometimes. Especially when they get patients that had previous surgery abroad it happens that during an operation they get surprised by unusual screws or protheses and they have to improvise or send someone to home depot to get some tools that fit.

When they removed my Ti screws from my jaws, the speSmurfpillsed screwdriver was twisted and there were no replacements available.

They ended up using a regular PH0 :rofl:
