hey, I found the hello forum, after a couple of days  :think:

anyway, hello to you all.

My name is kurt aka ironhand on the forums.  I'm in northern kentucky (cincinnati area).

I'm a KY state CCDW instructor, NRA member & Cowboy Action Shooter (SASS #32485).  I've been a reloader for 20+ years, love survival gear/gadgets, fairly good gunsmith and terrible cook!  LOL!

Here, as in alot of things, I just jumped right in the water and made myself at home so took me longer than most to introduce myself.  (My excuse is I got blinded by all the cool ideas, great company and pretty pics of all the cool TOYS!)

Most of my interest in multitools has been as a survival tool.  I've been author of a couple of articles on the web about "simple" survival kits and such, so alot of what I have in mind for tool mods will go that way.  here's the link to my webiste http://groups.msn.com/BudgetSurvivalKit   Of course MSN is canning the whole groups project in Fed 2009, so I'm not sure where'll it will go.  But if you're interested you can look at it there till Feb.

Welcome aboard Ironhand,is that your handle in SASS,I still prefer Double barrel shotguns,lever action rifles,and six shooters to all the rest,even though I had to qualify with all the others,I read some on the survival http you showed,most pretty basic,but all good info.

Looking forward to your pictures,funny hat and all. :salute:

Welcome to the forum. You'll fit right in. We got a great crown here, we got a bit of all walks of life here (knives, guns, MTs, SAKs, survival etc...). I joined recently (been reading for a while) myself and feel right at home.
