Adlatus - German hammer tool made by Troika design . A strange little tool , no longer in production . Functions as a pliers they claim though they appear to be more like tongs to me , bottle opener , knife, saw , fold down handles for better fulcrum as a hammer . One side of the head is square faced and I suppose that the other side could have function as a peen of sorts . I doubt that another could be found quite like it . New in the box with holster .
