Way ahead of ya brother. I just got mine and a Hummer RC car I am going to mount it on the rc car and use servos to set it off. This way we can stun the chipmunks into submission!

I cant wait until this years meetup. The people will hopefully come this year.

September may not work for me this year as it looks like I may be going to visit my folks.  We might have to look at doing it earlier or I may miss it.

It doesn't matter how many multi's you have.  If your a member of this forum, you're invited!  (I think)

I've got some details to work out... but I'm going to try to make it this year.

That's pretty well it- if you want to come and hang out, it doesn't matter how many cool toys you have.  If it was only for the folks with lots of tools, Joe and Bob would have been the only ones there!  :D

Well I am certain if we find that guy that throws little kids into the pond, you can shoot him!

I'm happy to do it almost any time- would it be a good idea to try it in the spring?

It would not be a bad time either. If you tent all tent sites have elec. so heaters are used.

But as for dates. No problem with me on any. I go every weekend. BUT I would skip the Halloween Christmass nascar, and any themed weekends. They get crowded.

I can also help wiht any info on the area.

So hash out a date that works for everyone, and I am in. My sugg. would be just to start a list of dates and see how many match.

Doesn't the park have toilets?

I just picked up a new tent, would be cool to be able to use it there.

August is the perfect month for me zzz the only month with no school, and I should be able to take off work. Weekend in general (any month) even during a semester is doable for me if I take Friday off work and start heading out ether on Thur night or early Fri morning. Can't wait  :ahhh  :D

How much money?  Well, the trailer we had was $285 for the weekend (three nights I think?) and it slept three, so if the right number of folks show up, you could spend less than $100 on lodging.  Then there's food, and we either got pizza or groceries, so that didn't cost a lot.  I think we also had lunch when we were out shopping, so figure $5-10 at McDonalds or something depending on how much you like to eat.  That's pretty well it, except for your travel expenses and any toys you buy while you are there.

The campsite has free wireless 'net access, so if you have a laptop you will want to bring it along.  If you don't have a laptop, you may want to get one as we spend a fair bit of time posting on the forum in the evenings, and laughing at each other!

And you get to see Bob in his PJS! They have feet on them!

But they also have cabinns that sleep about 8 for the same as the park model. They have reg trailers for rent. Campsites at like 25 a night

Ton of options! You can split with someone, and I do believe 2 tents can go on a site. But do not quote me.

Portland is the nearest airport to Portland!  :P

It's about a half hour away from the park, and that's where I picked up Bob last year.  I suppose I could pick you up too!
