This drawer holds my most favorite Leatherman design ever, and oddly enough, when they first came out, I disliked them because I found that on a few examples, the Zytel (nylon) liners were sharp and cut into my hand. That all changed once I started EDCing a Knifeless Fuse due work restrictions. Within a short period of time, the line grew on me. I am talking about the Kick, Fuse, and Blast. I should also point out that there are a lot of different variations within this series. Leatherman saw a need to beef up the locking levers, and thus, you have the older and newer designed locking levers if you want to get picky. The Leap is also here, and the reason why I have two sets...the Leap was recalled because the added knife blade once installed sometimes could be removed...not a safe proposition for a tool designed to bring youngsters into the multi-tool fold. I never sent my recalled set to get replaced/repaired. I did buy a newer collection once the dust settles to see the differences. All I could see was that the older blade have 4 ridges, and the newer post-recalled blade have only 3 ridges. I cannot see any differences between the older and newer Leaps visually. I am certain they fixed something internally, it just isn't visible.

The Pre-recall Leaps are on top, and the post-recall Leaps are on the bottom.

Nice as alway, Chako!

But, you gotta put the big-boy blades in your Leaps. You're a grown man!
 :pok:  :D

Just kidding. I know they're for the collection.
